#61950 carries the same SPIRV-Headers 1.4.357.0 and SPIRV-Tools 2026.3 bumps, as part of the Vulkan SDK 1.4.357.0 update. Their consumers there (SPIRV-LLVM-Translator{19,21,22}, glslang, shaderc, Vulkan-ValidationLayers) were built against these versions on all 9 archs, so this part should be safe to land from either side. If this goes in first, I'll rebase #61950 and drop the two commits. |
