第四轮整改批次②（报告 F5–F7、F10，每条先见 RED）：
npm uninstall判定前置：旧顺序"先删 bundle 后读 v3 戳"在混合安装下留下"bundle 缺失但戳宣称 claude/zcode 已装"的说谎态。现在先判账本——无戳（npm 自装自卸）或纯 bundle → 全清；混合/损坏戳 → bundle、legacy、戳一概不动，提示交 PyPI CLI（损坏戳有独立正向对照）。upgrade认 v2 bundle 布局：npm 装的项目无 v3 戳，旧逻辑按"无戳退化全量"凭空落下 8 家产物；现在检出 bundle 布局 → 收敛claude,zcode。"完全无产物 → 全量"旧语义保留（既有测试锁）。verifytraceback /install整批失败 / legacy 卸载崩溃，统一"读不动=不碰"（显—/ skipped+告警 / 保留文件）。check-consistency的"双语 README 结构对齐"扩为宿主矩阵路径单元格对拍——注入单行漂移实测见红，含两文件同错的假绿防线。Test plan
pytest tests/ -q— 195 passed / 2 skipped（净增 5 例），输出无警告--check、gen-host-artifacts--check绿；node cli.js --help语法过基于 master（含批次①）。
