Description

Remove the unused terminal version of Oxytype completely.

• Delete the Bun/OpenTUI app, terminal tests, packaging/smoke scripts, guides, npm release workflow/helpers, workspace wiring and dependencies.
• Remove device login, terminal browser handoffs, Web/TUI selectors, terminal account partitions, leaderboard jobs and anticheat exceptions. API schemas now accept only the web client.
• Preserve historical database migrations/data. Hide retired results and rewards; ignore persisted terminal jobs/rewards so they cannot credit web totals. Preserve HTTP API bearer authentication.

304 small commits, primarily one file per commit, as requested.

The startup browser regression now verifies the existing loading cover, then waits for readiness before testing navigation. This fixes the failing ci-start check without changing startup behavior.

Local frontend tests use a short temporary-path symlink on the workspace filesystem to avoid this host's cross-device rename and Unix-socket path limits. No test-workaround changes are included.
