docs: correct CI check count (6) and full-green timing (~23 min) - #57

AGENTS.md listed 5 checks and ~12-13 min; the pipeline actually runs 6 (Core Unit Tests was added to branch protection) and reaches full green in ~23 min because Consumer Smoke starts after Pack NuGet and re-installs MAUI workloads, finishing after UI Tests. Doc-only fix to
AGENTS.md, applying corrections observed while merging #56.Core Unit Tests(added to branch protection during the Core-extraction arc) in addition to the five previously listed. Updated both the CI-pipeline list and the branch-protection line.Consumer Smokedepends onPack NuGetand re-installs the MAUI workloads, so it starts late and finishes several minutes after the ~12-min UI Tests. Added a note to size CI-watch/poll loops to ~25 min.
