fix(app): drop routes the config no longer registers - #6101
A route stayed reachable after its permission was gone. If the signed-in user changed without a page reload (sign out, then sign in as someone else in the same tab), a route behind HasPermission kept rendering for the new user. A user without adminUsers.user who signed in on /admin-users saw the Users screen, with an empty list and a "Not authorized" toast, instead of the not-found page. The API refused the data, so nothing leaked. A page reload showed the right page. This affected any permission-gated route, not only Users.
What changed
Routes (@webiny/app):
Router.setRoutes merged the routes it was given into the ones it had and never removed any. The router config did drop the gated route when HasPermission re-rendered for the new user, but the router kept its copy, and the current URL kept matching it. setRoutes now replaces the routes with the set it's given. Its only caller, App.tsx, always passes the complete set: built-in routes plus every route in the router config. Names stay unique as before: a later definition with the same name replaces the earlier one in its position, which is how a config route overrides a built-in one.
App.tsx re-sent the routes only when their count changed ([combinedRoutes.length]). A switch that removes one route and adds another keeps the count the same. It now keys on each route's name and path (JSON.stringify of the pairs), so a route that keeps its name under a new path is picked up too.
Demo
On a standalone project: an admin on the Users screen signs out, and a user without Users access signs in in the same tab and gets the not-found page.
The breadcrumb on that not-found page still shows the previous route's "Users". After a reload it shows "Home". The not-found page doesn't set a breadcrumb of its own, so the last one stays. This is cosmetic and not changed here.
The reverse case works without a reload too: a user without Users access is on /admin-users, an admin signs in, and the Users screen appears.
Tests
@webiny/app: a new HistoryRouterGateway test drops a route from the set and checks that the current path re-resolves to the wildcard, and that navigating to the dropped path no longer matches it. The sorting test now passes the full set to setRoutes. Another new test checks that with two routes of the same name, the last one handles the match. 59 tests in the package pass.
In the browser on a running standalone project, I checked both directions of the switch, as in the video. Before the fix I also checked the router config at that point: it held only AdminUsers/Account, so the stale Users route was coming from the router itself.
Workspace: wby-next12 · 🐛 users route after user switch
Router.setRoutes merged the new routes into the old ones and never
removed any. When the signed-in user changed without a page reload, a
route behind HasPermission dropped out of the router config, but the
router kept it, and the current URL kept matching it. For example, a
user without adminUsers.user who signed in on /admin-users saw the
Users screen instead of the not-found page.
setRoutes now replaces the routes with the set it is given. Its one
caller, App.tsx, always passes the complete set. App.tsx also re-sent
the routes only when their count changed; it now keys on the route
names, so a switch that removes one route and adds another is seen too.

UpdateAdminUserUseCase saved the user record before the password. If
storing the password failed, the call returned an error but the name,
avatar, role and team changes stayed saved. The fields it changed are
now set back to the original record's values before the error is
returned.

The router now replaces its full route set and updates routes when route names or paths change. Admin user updates now attempt to restore supplied fields if password persistence fails and report when restoration also fails.

If password setting fails after a user update, the use case submits original values for supplied supported fields to updateUser. Successful restoration returns the password-setting error. Failed restoration returns UPDATE_PARTIALLY_APPLIED. Tests cover restored fields, absent fields, and failed rollback.

Route replacement works for the account-switch scenario. The admin-user password-failure rollback is best effort and has narrow edge cases: a rollback exception can replace the password error, and a password-only update can report a partial update that never happened. These affect only a rare failure path and are reasonable to fix before or shortly after merge.

The replace in the previous commit kept duplicate names, and resolve()
returns the first match, so a route from the router config could no
longer override an App route of the same name. setRoutes now keeps one
route per name: a later definition replaces the earlier one in its
position, as the old merge did.
App.tsx keys the effect on JSON.stringify of the route names instead of
joining them with a comma, so no two different name lists share a key.

Preserve concurrent user updates during rollback.
If another update changes a supplied field while setPassword.execute is pending, this rollback writes the older value from found.value. The other update can succeed and then lose its change. Use a conditional rollback that restores a field only if it still has this request’s updated value.

Keep rollback exceptions from replacing the password error.
updateUser.execute can throw during its repository or event-publishing work. If the rollback throws, execute rejects instead of returning passwordSet.error. Catch rollback exceptions so the best-effort rollback preserves the reported password error.

App.tsx now re-sends the routes when a route keeps its name but moves
to another path, as an override can do, not only when names are added
or removed. Router.setRoutes names the deduplicated values before
copying them into the array, and two comments end with a period.

When the password could not be stored and putting the other fields back
also failed, the update returned only the password error, though the
name, role and team changes stayed saved. It now returns
UPDATE_PARTIALLY_APPLIED (PartialUpdateError) in that case.
Tests cover the failed rollback and a field that was empty before the
update (an avatar added and then removed again).

Skip rollback when no user fields require restoration.
For a password-only update, revert is {}. The code still calls this.updateUser.execute(id, revert). If that call fails, the use case returns PartialUpdateError even though no user fields required rollback. Return passwordSet.error directly when revert is empty.
