• Release workflow (release.yml): a tag vX.Y.Z on main makes a draft release. The workflow checks that the tag is on main and matches the pyproject.toml version. It makes the zip with git archive and takes the notes from CHANGELOG.md.
• Bug report issue form: it asks for the Inkscape version, the system, the output mode and an SVG file.
• Dependabot: it opens weekly pull requests to develop that update the SHA pins of the actions.
• CONTRIBUTING.md: the branch rule, tests and the commit message format.
• README: a line about the Inkscape 1.5 test job, and the release steps in Development.

The release workflow runs first at the next version tag. The issue form and Dependabot start after this merge.
