Stop listing default route rate limits - #129

Routes have no rate limit unless a user sets one. Remove the default per-IP and total limits from the route settings defaults and describe how to set a limit instead.

The route settings page said that every serve route in a new app environment gets default rate limits of
300/minuteper IP and1000/secondin total. Wodby no longer sets these defaults: routes have no rate limit unless you add one. This removes the limits from the list of default route settings and explains where to set a limit instead.Changes
