png.ts is bundled into dist/browser.js; node:zlib leaked a node: import
and failed the browser build gate. DecompressionStream('deflate') decodes
zlib (RFC 1950) streams platform-free on Node >=18 and all browsers.

node:zlibimport in png.ts broke the browser bundle gate; swap toDecompressionStream('deflate')(zlib RFC 1950), which makesparseasync. Also bumps release to 0.5.1 since JSR already published 0.5.0.
