Fixes the downstream failure on writ-lang/writ#18 (and on every writ PR since writ-vscode#5).

My README rewrite in #5 wrote writ-*.vsix. Two things depend on that line, and the change broke both:

  • test/manifest.test.js checks that the README names the current writ-<version>.vsix. This is the failing downstream check.
  • scripts/version.sh rewrites code --install-extension writ-X.vsix on every version bump.

The line is back in the form both expect. scripts/test.sh: all suites pass, manifest 45/45.

The README rewrite wrote `writ-*.vsix`, which broke two things that read that
line: the manifest test that checks the README names the package's version,
and scripts/version.sh, which rewrites `code --install-extension writ-X.vsix`
on every bump. The line is back in the form both expect.
