Kenwood TH-D72 support: complete, hardware-proven, ladder steps 1-5 all run on
a real radio.
* clone protocol both directions, memories byte-identical
* 116 settings addresses measured over a ten-pass bit-signature campaign,
13 of them confirmed on the radio's own menus
* 113-field settings schema with APRS on its own tabs, read and written over
BOTH transports (the MU command and the clone image)
* band probe: 49 memories landed, 26 receive-only, no silent drops
Also, for every radio: the three Program radio dialogs now pin their actions in
a footer, so a long channel list can no longer push the write button below the
fold. That fixes the UV-5R, FT5D, ID-52 and TH-D75 alongside the TH-D72.
⚠ The TM-D710 (#113 / PR #114) is deliberately NOT in this release: it still
owes four screen readings on Tim's radio.
