misc_struct_subunits

Detection of structural subunits in PDB files (plugin for PyMOL). Further description in project documentation (CZ).

Installation and configuration

Run this software via PyMOL by executing run project.py. PyMOL will automatically show detected structural subunits and save the results to the output file specified in configuration file configuration.txt
Configuration can be set in "configuration.txt" file
