R1: replay-backed Flight Recorder

Outcome

Implements the R1 vendor-neutral AgentDriver and append-only Flight Recorder over a checked replay transcript. Autonomous runtime integration remains outside the domain contract.

• exact schema-v1 task, workspace, run, event, recorder, and task-store contracts
• deterministic credential-free replay driver
• canonical JSONL storage with sequence, terminal, execution, project, evidence, path, size, and privacy checks
• 10 focused R1 tests and a checked seven-event transcript
• renames the run ledger from Chronicle to Flight Recorder after an official Codex naming collision
• ADR-006 selects local Codex App Server stdio for the first live spike and ACP for the next portability boundary

No external model or API key is required. The live Codex adapter is not claimed here; this environment's Store-packaged Codex executable returned Access denied from the repository shell, so its future preflight remains fail-closed.
