Outcome

Implements R2: a deterministic, test-backed change-evidence boundary between the Flight Recorder and the future Experience Compiler.

What changed

• bounded read-only Git revision diff with full OID verification, NUL name status, rename detection, and zero-context hunk parsing
• TypeScript compiler-API resolution for functions, variables, classes, methods, and module boundaries
• exact ExtractionResult, SemanticUnit, and CandidateSeam contracts with deterministic full-hash IDs
• explicit fixture check linkage and Flight Recorder before/after hash verification
• honest partial/unsupported results for missing links, invalid syntax, unsupported language, or identity drift
• corrected the replay transcript to the real R0 file, command, and test identities

Evidence

• npm test — 43/43 passed locally on Windows

• real tenant-cache-key base/target extraction plus rename, multi-file, added/deleted function, and class cases

R2 does not infer invariants, blast radius, novelty, or readiness from an LLM. Unknown factors remain null and incomplete evidence is recorded as a gap.
