Titles changed only where weak; sidebarTitle preserved or added so navigation labels do not move. Recommendations tracker: SEO fixes and AEO Opportunities sheet (Claude Recs tab).

Second metadata batch from the "SEO fixes and AEO Opportunities" tracker (sheet — see the new Claude Recs 2026-08-25 tab for the full per-URL breakdown), following #1482.
Because metadata passes land here daily, every candidate was re-verified against production tonight: of 209 English tracker URLs, 136 already carry solid descriptions (recent passes covered the biggest pages). This PR is only the 30 that are still weak right now — filler openers ("This guide will..."), too-short (34-68 chars), or title echoes — each rewritten from the page's actual content. Combined reach: ~2.1M GSC impressions/30d.
