What

There is a new subsection, Optional: personal hooks you can borrow, under "per-user custom hooks" in global-settings/README.md. It has a one-line pointer from docs/claude/global-claude-settings.md §8.

It links to the hooks/ directory of ConductionNL/readonly-mirror-wilco-claude-plans, which holds one developer's personal hooks. They run through the user-hooks dispatcher:

  • doc-gates: the first write to a hydra skill, controller, spec, evals file, ADR or Vue component is refused until the matching docs/claude/ guide has been read;
  • a shared read log;
  • prompt detectors;
  • hydra skill-overview upkeep;
  • a hotfix-tag gate.

The note says these hooks are optional and not part of the global settings. It also says they are written for that developer's own setup, so the paths, the plans tree and the role lines need adapting before anyone registers a copy.

README and docs only: no installed file changes, so no VERSION bump.

…gates

A colleague's personal hooks (doc-gates for the docs/claude/ writing
guides, a shared read log, prompt detectors, hydra skill-overview upkeep)
run through the user-hooks dispatcher and add to the shared guards. The
per-user hooks section now says where they live, what each does, that
they are optional and written for one developer's setup, and where their
rules and user-hooks.json entries are described.
