Nothing was published. The workflow now passes ./out/...; a local npm publish ./out/convertapi-1.15.2.tgz --dry-run resolves the file.
• Staging retries. The first attempt of that run also failed four tests, each with two immediate mocha retries, because staging answered 503 in a burst. Both workflows now give the test suite up to three attempts, 30 s apart. The pause between example attempts goes from 10 s to 30 s.
• CHANGELOG. The entry is now 1.15.2. The v1.15.1 tag stays, because release tags are never moved or re-created, and its GitHub Release will be marked as not published to npm.
