Summary

This PR integrates all major omnichannel, conversational support, and multi-tenant enhancements into main:

1. Unified Omnichannel Channels

  • Email Support Channel: Inbound forwarding via dedicated forwarding format (help@<slug>.crove.io & plus addressing), MIME parser, multi-provider delivery (SMTP, Brevo, SendGrid, Resend, Postmark, Mailgun) and conversation threading (Message-ID, In-Reply-To, References).
  • Social & Messaging Channels: Native bidirectional integrations for Telegram Bot, Zalo OA, Discord, Facebook Messenger, Instagram DM, WhatsApp Business Cloud API, Slack, X (Twitter), and TikTok.

2. Conversational Timeline & UI Enhancements

  • Header & Sidebar Channel Badges: Display channel icon, thread identifier (#ID), email subject/title, and online status.
  • Interactive Assignee Selector: Single-select dropdown with 1-click self-assignment ("Take it" / "Assign to me"), unassign action, and online status indicators.
  • Customer Merge Feature: Complete UI and transactional backend to merge duplicate customer profiles, unifying channel identities, contacts, conversations, and tickets into a single master profile.
  • Self-healing 1-to-1 AgentProfile Provisioning: Automatically ensures default support team and agent profile for logged-in and OIDC synced users.
  • Fixed Navigation & Localization: Fully localized navigation items across English (en-US), Vietnamese (vi-VN), and Simplified Chinese (zh-CN).

3. Verification & Quality

  • All Go unit tests passing (go test ./...).
  • Frontend TypeScript typecheck (pnpm typecheck) clean without errors.
  • Fully verified and running live on production environment (desk.crove.com).

Overview
This PR lands a Crove Desk-oriented platform shift: local docs replace removed git submodules, default PostgreSQL/Supabase wiring in .env.example and docker-compose (MySQL service dropped, crove-desk:latest, .env loading), and expanded Docker ignore rules for monorepo builds.

Backend omnichannel expansion registers third-party webhooks and dashboard OAuth URL endpoints for Discord, Messenger, Instagram, WhatsApp, Slack, X, TikTok, LINE, Viber, and Threads, alongside a new Discord REST client (tests included). Customer merge is exposed at POST /api/dashboard/customer/merge. API responses gain conversation titles, channel type/name, and customer identities/channels via builder updates. Email SMTP dialing uses net.JoinHostPort for IPv6-safe addresses.

Quality and honesty fixes: the live AI test skips when no API key is set (hardcoded key removed), and default KB copy clarifies that workspace switching does not row-scope support data.

Documentation and agent rules add architecture, product backlog, omnichannel refactor specs, an issue audit register, Discord/Messenger implementation plans, and Cursor AskQuestion interaction preferences.
