Independent review of 7bd4ef7: no actionable findings
Scope note: this review covers the pre-rebase SHA. The merge driver will record the range-diff to the new head (9e78df1); git range-diff on the PR's own commit shows =. Reviewed as the delta over #1011 (658b93d).
Findings:
- NON-BLOCKING: openapi.yaml still lacks the managed-plan 409 (see #1011 note); /api/plans/{id}/accounts is not in the spec at all.
What I attacked:
- Coverage: plan_accounts is written only by setPlanAccountsTx (store_postgres_plan_writes.go:66-75), reached only from SetPlanAccounts (store_postgres.go:4143), whose callers are handler_accounts.go:1328 (guarded, mapped at :1332) and handler_plans.go:212 (new plan at create, never managed). Add Purchases (createPlannedPurchasesTx, handler_plans.go:511) refuses on the plan row locked FOR UPDATE at :503, before any execution is written.
- Atomicity: the accounts guard reads the plan row FOR SHARE in the same tx as the write (store_postgres_managed_guard.go, requireManagedAccountsTx); an editor holding FOR UPDATE makes the writer wait and then read the committed marker. Reverse order: the editor waits for the legacy tx. No check-then-write gap.
- False refusal: an unmanaged plan or a missing plan passes; an identical account set on a managed plan passes (set comparison, duplicates collapse like ON CONFLICT DO NOTHING).
- Mutation probes (3, reverted): requireManagedAccountsTx returns nil -> TestAssignAccountsOnManagedPlan and TestManagedMarkerCommittedUnderLockRefusesWaitingWriters fail; DatesManaged check in createPlannedPurchasesTx disabled -> TestAddPurchasesRefusesManagedPlanWhole fails; FOR SHARE dropped -> TestManagedMarkerCommittedUnderLockRefusesWaitingWriters fails.
- Real Postgres integration (api and config managed subsets) and
go test ./internal/configpass;go vetclean. Full./internal/apiunit run fails only TestAuthPublicRoutes_EveryRouteIsCSRFGuardedOrExempt, which is a pre-#1003 base artifact: it passes on current origin/main 0a5f790.
Gate: CI not applicable until retarget (base is fix/631-guard-409-code). Labels match the issue set. CodeRabbit: no threads. Additions 262 lines (limit counts additions only).

The independent review above covers 7bd4ef7. claude-cc-631-driver rebased the stack onto main 0a5f790 (includes #1003). The PR's own commits are unchanged, so the verdict carries to 9e78df1 (owner #631 rule). |

Add Purchases and account assignment could still change an editor-managed plan's schedule roots and target accounts behind the editor's back. Add Purchases now refuses a managed plan whole before it writes anything, and assigning a different account set to a managed plan is refused under a share lock on the plan row, so a writer that waited behind the editor's Save sees the committed marker. …ed guard validatePlanAccountIDs accepts upper-case UUID hex, but Postgres returns plan_accounts.account_id from the uuid column in lower-case. sameAccountSet compared the raw strings, so resubmitting an unchanged account set written in upper-case hex on a managed plan got a false 409 editor_reconciliation_required. Lower-case both sides when building the sets. Adds a unit case and an integration case for the upper-case resubmit. Refs #631 Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

Independent delta review of a4696f0 (previous: 07f7e9e): no actionable findings
Previous finding (sameAccountSet raw UUID compare, BLOCKING): RESOLVED.
- internal/config/store_postgres_managed_guard.go:106 now lower-cases every id in the set builder, so both sides are normalized. uuidRegex (internal/api/validation.go:29) accepts only the hyphenated 8-4-4-4-12 hex form, so lower-casing is a complete normalization. A changed set (added or replaced id) still differs after lower-casing and is still refused.
- Fail-before/pass-after: with OLD_SHA's guard file in the NEW_SHA tree, TestSameAccountSet "mixed case" and "mixed case duplicate" fail, and TestAssignAccountsOnManagedPlan (integration, testcontainers) fails at line 82 with the editor-reconciliation refusal for the upper-case unchanged set. At NEW_SHA both pass; the added/replaced refusal assertions in the same test still pass.
- CodeRabbit thread on this line: resolved (outdated), after the author reply and CR's acknowledgement.
Delta: 3 files, +9/-2 (guard fix, 2 unit cases, 1 integration assertion). Nothing else changed. OLD_SHA is an ancestor; merge-tree against origin/main shows no conflicts.
What I attacked: reverted the fix to confirm the tests bite (above); checked the accepted UUID grammar; checked the refused cases are unaffected.
Tests at NEW_SHA: go test ./internal/config (834 pass); integration-tag ./internal/api (all pass); integration-tag ./internal/config -run 'Managed|Guard|SameAccount|PlanAccount' (68 pass). The whole config integration package hit my local 10 minute timeout, so I did not get a full-package result for it.
Gate status: CI on NEW_SHA is still running (Lint, Integration Tests, E2E and others pending, no failures reported yet), so the green-CI item is not yet met. Independent review is this comment. Local verification evidence is above (macOS, real Postgres via testcontainers). Labels were not re-checked in this delta.

Review verdict and evidence
Original review, copied from the per-commit evidence record. Commit 8b50e6d6 was reviewed before the rebase onto origin/main; the rebased commit is 9e78df1.
Rebase: the five commits were rebased onto origin/main 0ed85aa (27 commits ahead of the old base).
git range-diffof the old 5 commits against the rebased 5 shows all five as=(identical patches), so the verdict carries over per the owner's rule. New head SHA of this PR: 9e78df1. No migration is added by any of the five commits.Review gate
CodeRabbit is not used on this stack (quota; owner decision): the gate is the independent adversarial review above plus the local verification below.
Local verification
Local verification of the rebased stack tip (macOS, Docker Postgres via testcontainers; Linux via CI):
Status on main
The change is dormant on main until the editor Save route ships: only plans marked managed (ramp_schedule.dates_managed) are affected, and only that route sets the marker.
