P2 Badge Retain a level-one heading on the homepage

Removing both the hero and category headers leaves the rendered homepage with no <h1> at all, and its first headings are the category-card <h3> elements before the later <h2>. For users navigating by screen-reader heading shortcuts, this produces an incomplete and out-of-order document outline; the section's aria-label names the region but does not provide a page-level heading. Keep a concise heading, potentially visually hidden, and re-level the category headings beneath it.
