Add a release-plz workflow modeled on timely-dataflow and differential-dataflow. On each push to
main, it publishes any unpublished version to crates.io and opens or updates a release PR that bumps the version and changelog. Publishing uses crates.io trusted publishing, so the repository stores no registry token.Before merging, a crate owner must add a trusted publisher on crates.io for
