Owners can schedule a branch's daily summary and receive it in their private Business Inbox while the phone app is closed. Preferences use branch time, quiet hours and revision checks. A durable scheduler requests desktop preparation in advance, rechecks account/branch permissions, and records an explicit unavailable notice when no verified summary exists.
Atomic leases and a unique account/branch/day event prevent duplicate delivery across concurrent workers and interrupted checkpoints. Hosted shards rotate bounded tenant batches, skip suspended tenants and deduplicate hostname aliases. Inbox history is scoped, paginated and retained for 90 days. No raw-sale report computation runs in the scheduler. Community scheduling runs on the opted-in reporting desktop.
Local validation: 11 Business access/reporting integration tests, five notification MongoDB integration tests, six time/worker unit tests and 24 README/sync-classification checks pass. Changed notification services pass lint. Attribution passes. API documentation now reports 727 endpoints. No CI expansion.
