Integrate the complete Business companion backend and desktop support into develop: isolated authorization and ACLs, prepared reporting, register summaries, item and stock insights, durable notifications, and device-bound discount approvals with checkout recovery. Heavy preparation stays on the desktop. Opt-in deployment switches remain unchanged.
Includes the latest develop import, checkout, kitchen, list-refresh and dependency fixes. Integration repairs preserve both router mounts in generated API documentation, refresh translation catalogs for new import messages, register the import tests with Jest, and format the incoming import code.
Validation: 11,503 existing API tests passed, plus all six repaired import tests; 488 import-related tests passed after formatting. Desktop CI passed after integration. Local testing passed 3,559 desktop tests, then all 56 language checks passed after completing two Dutch keys; the final develop refresh update passed all 73 affected local tests. All 277 real-Mongo Business integration tests pass. API lint has no errors; formatting, generated API docs, OpenAPI lint, attribution, declared dependencies and packaged-module checks pass. Existing quarantined tests remain unchanged.
Push ownership: Posnic manages Cloud credentials; Community may own its project or use Posnic once the scoped relay exists. Real-account, physical-device, provider, iOS and qualified translation validation remain release work. This integration does not enable providers or publish a production release.
Supersedes Business stacked PRs #1003, #1006, #1009, #1010, #1011, #1012, #1013, #1014, #1015, #1016, #1017, #1020 and #1022 after merge.
The device-grant dispatcher now calls its five permitted operations explicitly instead of selecting an object method dynamically. All 27 device-decision and authorization integration tests pass after this security-analysis finding was addressed.
