Refresh website for Root Sequence router role

Why

PR #21 is now merged and Root Sequence's public self-description has moved beyond "an open research project about connections."

The current website still reflects the September 18 framing. This candidate updates the one-page public seed so first-time readers can understand the newer router + synthesis + build role without turning the homepage into a research dump.

What changes

Introduction / About

The site now describes Root Sequence as:

an open transdisciplinary research and design project for questions that cross fields

and explains the current research workflow in plain language:

• trace the whole problem;
• identify the different kinds of question inside it;
• route mechanisms to fields/methods that already study them;
• reconnect the findings without pretending the mechanisms are identical;
• turn useful results into research, tests, simulations, tools, designs, or possible futures.

The existing Research for a more coherent world headline stays unchanged.

Repair example

The repairable-device example no longer says "coherence" is the catch-all answer.

It now treats hardware, software, instructions, ownership, cost, access, and decision rights as different parts of one repair problem, and routes the reader to the new Method & Concept Router.

Selected research

The six reader-facing entry points are now:

2. Coherence Is a Systems Property — working paper
3. Adaptive continuity and dynamic coherence — working framework
4. Epistemic discoverability and knowledge routing — knowledge-design concept
5. Legible Systems — design principle

The older entries remain in the repository; this only changes the public starting points.

Metadata

The description used for page metadata/social previews now matches the transdisciplinary research-and-design role.

What does not change

• single-page structure;
• visual design;
• "Research for a more coherent world" headline;
• reading/display/language controls;
• selected related projects;
• participation routes;
• embedded assets / runtime-network behavior;
• deployment architecture.

Approval / deployment boundary

This PR is deliberately unapproved.

site/approval.json remains the exact September 18 approval record and does not match this candidate.

Therefore:

• the preview can be reviewed;
• the release builder remains blocked;
• merging/publishing should wait for explicit Rae Lovejoy approval of the exact new source;
• no deployment is requested by this PR.

site/README.md, COPY-REVIEW.md, and VALIDATION.md all record this state.

Validation performed

Connector-level structural checks found:

• 1 H1;
• 60 unique IDs / no duplicates;
• 27 internal fragment links / no missing targets;
• English translation JSON parses and covers all 171 used i18n/aria keys;
• new research links resolve on current main;
• required new copy is present;
• obsolete selected-research copy is absent;
• executable script count and CSP hash declarations remain unchanged.

The full local Python test suite and browser-layout/render checks have not been run in this connector-only pass and are still required before publication.

Review questions

1. Does the homepage explain the router role simply enough for someone who has never heard of Root Sequence?
2. Is "open transdisciplinary research and design project for questions that cross fields" the right first sentence?
3. Does the repair example demonstrate routing clearly without becoming academic?
4. Are these the right six public entry points?
5. Does Research for a more coherent world still feel right after the new relational/dynamic understanding of coherence?

Once the copy is approved, the approval digest and full publication validation should happen as a separate, explicit step.
