Opening the full app now leads with the selected platform’s quota history. All Platforms is removed, saved navigation migrates to an individual platform, and notification or in-app spike alerts open the affected quota window and recorded alert time.

The native chart plots actual remaining-quota percentages over 24 hours or 7 days, separates quota windows, and breaks lines at missing observations, account changes, and quota resets. Alert details show the measured rate and available comparison history. The attached popover is called the Docked Bar.

Anomaly history deduplicates observations and avoids invented multipliers from a zero baseline. Optional configuration sync now fetches only its three managed settings and validates the saved read credential before changing a shared endpoint.

Validation: 41 focused local history/navigation/alert tests passed before final follow-ups. Hosted package build and full tests passed at 78fa3ae. Native screenshot review caught a history fixture and picker-label defect; fixes and final-head CI are still required. This PR remains draft until those checks pass.

Refs #136. Independent file/provider refresh and the Alerts & Alarms history preview continue in dependent #142.
