docs: add a filament materials guide to Guides & tutorials

20 materials (everyday, technical, filled composites, supports, high-performance), one card per material so the page reads top to bottom with no horizontal scroller. Price ranges checked against real vendor listings (Atome3D, Prusament, Sunlu, Anycubic, Creality, Elegoo, plus specialty resellers for PEEK/PEI/PP) rather than guessed. Each card also states whether an enclosure and a hardened nozzle are actually needed, since that was previously buried inconsistently inside free-text recommendations.

Merged — thank you. The cards read well, top to bottom with no horizontal scroller, and stating plainly whether each material needs an enclosure is a genuine improvement over the usual free-text advice.

It goes in as a first version, to evolve over time. The review raised a few directions, and rather than hold the merge on them they are collected in #35:

• Anchor it to the protocol's own material list. id_material.json in the RFID Guide has 113 entries, and using its exact names (PETG HS, PEI-1010 / PEI-9085, PLA Silk and PLA Wood separately…) is what would make this page belong to TigerSystem rather than to any 3D-printing site.
• Say what the temperature ranges are for. A TigerTag carries the manufacturer's exact temperatures; the ranges are the fallback for a spool that doesn't, and the page should say so.
• Prices need at least a "checked on" date.
• A couple of ratings are worth a second look (PETG and ASA both "Excellent" for UV; ASA at 10/10 strength).

The CSS conflict with #31's photo-pair styles was resolved on your branch before merging — both blocks kept, nothing removed from either side.

If you pick up #35, the first bullet on its own would be a good-sized PR.
