refactor(web): remove unused legacy client modules

Removes four unreferenced legacy web modules (916 lines) and the now-unused ghostty-web dependency/optimizer entry. Keeps the active preference-restoration paths and current terminal implementation.

Validation: reference search, full web test suite (3,939 tests), workspace check/typecheck, and integrated web/Android terminal verification at the final stack tip. A command entered on web was observed live on Android; hiding/reopening the web terminal retained its output.
