For the new release we need to switch to GMaven. We will not publish to SDK Manager anymore.

@slinzner can you fix uiautomator's version and once Travis passes merge? The latest version is not on DAC. |

@JoseAlcerreca @slinzner for me it misses not only uiatomator library but it also lack of any emulator, where you would check UI tests.
