Task: OTC-20260816-track-a-xcbgl-runtime-trace.
Base: exact trusted main@d3f186414256151c9d5e03f34c5a9026b1fba500 after #412/#413 exhausted the retained #410 Actions log.
Execution: exactly one governance-compliant ephemeral_isolated physical diagnostic on synology-otclient-01; canonical lease/registration/session access is forbidden.

The task reuses the immutable accepted isolated startup harness blob 1616edcc982be50ef2c95b8077160ec8fe9291fe and applies six fenced transformations: the known nounset-safe snapshot fix, current task ownership marker, current graphics diagnostics (QT_QUICK_BACKEND=software, QSG_INFO=1, QT_DEBUG_PLUGINS=1, no QT_XCB_GL_INTEGRATION=none), a read-only core-X11 extension inventory on the task-owned Xvfb display, complete-log allowlist filtering for xcbglintegrations/QXcbIntegration/GLX/EGL/QRhi/load lines, and exact filtered match counting.

No GLX/EGL/Vulkan/OpenGL/RHI backend is forced. No canonical bootstrap, registration, lease mutation, credentials, login, gameplay, Track B access, proprietary binary upload or owner-funded Codex/OpenAI API quota is authorized. Exactly one semantic physical run is allowed; any new discriminator stops the task without retry.

Research output remains Draft-only. Coordinator review is required for promotion/merge.

• Vulkan library/QRhi path initialized later, so GLX absence is a proven prerequisite gap but is not claimed as the sole no-window root cause.

I independently verified workflow run 31964397523 / job 95207211173 and the final Draft diff. The job ran on synology-otclient-01, source-blob fence 1616edcc982be50ef2c95b8077160ec8fe9291fe passed, six patch sites were fenced, canonical-state access was NONE, the exact task-owned Xvfb reported GLX_PRESENT=false and RENDER_PRESENT=true, Qt discovered and loaded libqxcb-glx-integration.so, then logged Cannot create platform OpenGL context, neither GLX nor EGL are enabled; the client stayed alive with zero visible windows at 5/15/35s and cleanup completed. The evidence document accurately keeps Vulkan initialization separate from the GLX prerequisite finding and does not claim GLX is the sole no-window cause.

Required edit before promotion: the active task checkpoint still says status: implementing, mutation_authorized: true, and next_action: execute exactly one ... run, even though that one-shot run has completed and the final PR contains only task/evidence docs. Update the checkpoint to terminal researcher handoff (ready or equivalent), mutation_authorized: false, record run/job/evidence/cleanup and E2E result, and state no retry. Then obtain exact-head governance/CI. Because P1 promotion PR #414 is concurrently current-main-readying, final integration of #415 must also re-check/replay onto whatever main exists after the serialized P1 decision.

Disposition is now ACCEPT, but integration remains serialized behind P1 #414. Do not mutate this branch further unless main moves in a way that requires a current-main replay. After #414 lands, coordinator will compare/replay these two docs onto the then-current main before promotion; no second physical run is required or authorized.

This source Draft is closed unmerged to avoid importing stale history. No second physical/client run occurred.
