Scope
Documentation-only task relocation. No wave-plan content, Rust source, Cargo, lockfile, dependency policy, CI, architecture, renderer, assets, shader, UI, protocol, legacy runtime or external-repository change.
W5-RENDER may start only after this PR merges and a fresh overlap check passes.
