Purpose

Close OTERYN-W5-RENDER-SURFACE durably after its plan, implementation and lifecycle archives merged.

Completed W5

Closure changes

Next recommendation, not authorization

A future coordinator may plan one small normalized synthetic asset schema/compiler slice under WS-R09. It must use synthetic/original fixtures only, produce deterministic bounded metadata/pack output, preserve provenance and hashes, and exclude runtime mounting, GPU/renderer integration, real proprietary importers, updater/download, protocol, UI and production compatibility claims.

No next worker task, implementation branch, dependency change, accepted wave or shared-path lease is created by this PR.

Scope

Exactly five documentation paths. No Rust source, Cargo, lockfile, dependency policy, CI, renderer, application shell, assets, legacy runtime, protocol or external-repository change.

Preserved blockers

Interactive Windows/GPU compatibility remains unproven. Proprietary asset redistribution and production Canary-compatible pack inputs remain blocked on rights and exact source-format evidence.
