0.62.0 ships castwide/solargraph#1469, which stopped extending classes defined in gems with their concerns ClassMethods, so the Devise and ActiveStorage completion specs fail on it. apiology/solargraph#448 restores that. Skip on exactly 0.62.0, like rails_spec broken_versions, so a later broken release still fails.
