Description

Adds a headless Table primitive in packages/mosaic/src/primitives/table/ for the logs tables, with row actions, selection, sorting, tree rows and grid keyboard navigation. Behavior follows React Aria's Table and naming follows Base UI. The primitive owns its own state, renders no text, and is documented in Swingset under Primitives. Nothing uses it yet.

Follow-ups:

Build the styled Table on it, then migrate API keys, members, invitations and requests.
Deprecate and then remove useDataTable and useServerDataTable after that migration.
Profile large tables, and test Safari's keydown link path.
Read direction from the shared DirectionProvider.
