This PR translates the entire compressO user interface into Simplified Chinese (zh-CN), covering: - Main UI: drag & drop, media selection, compression actions - Image settings: quality, dimensions, extensions, SVG config, transform - Video settings: codec, preset, quality, dimensions, FPS, speed, transform, trim - Audio settings: bitrate, channels, codec, volume - Other settings: metadata, subtitles - App settings: about page, credits, settings - Tauri config: app description localization - Theme switcher, video trimmer timeline All UI text strings (toasts, labels, tooltips, buttons, descriptions) have been translated to provide a complete Chinese-language experience for zh-CN users.
