fix(dashboards): render API Requests panel as lines - #89

Bars with 100% fill let the busiest coderd pod cover the others. Switch to 1px lines with no fill so every pod stays visible at the same time. Co-Authored-By: Claude Haiku 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

Why
The API Requests panel on the Coder Control Plane dashboard was drawn as filled bars (
drawStyle: bars,fillOpacity: 100). With filled bars, the busiestcoderdpod's fill covers the others, so most pods can't be seen at once.Switching to 1px lines with no fill keeps every pod visible at the same time.
