Replace the combined TCP listen/connect helpers and separate listener resource with one associated socket descriptor and explicit socket setup operations.
Socket::socket_opencreates IPv4/IPv6 stream or datagram sockets. Callers bind, listen with an explicit backlog, or connect separately, andsocket_acceptreturns the same associated resource type. The native readiness, io_uring, and Tokio backends support stream sockets and connected UDP; the in-memory interface probe models stream sockets. Unix sends suppress SIGPIPE consistently across readiness and completion backends. Rename the public file resource fromFileHandletoFileDescriptor, and use a non-CloneSocketDescriptorin native and Tokio backends. Standard TCP registration remains available throughSocketRegistration.
