keyortype.key, replacing three copies:ResolveSelect, andFindResourceByConfigKeyused bybundle deployment bind/unbindandapps import.bindandunbindnow also accepttype.key.Why
Preparation for
lifecycle.depends_on, which needs the same resolution: #7120 (and #7132 on top of it).This pull request and its description were written by Isaac.
