…staller detour Previously the FAQ redirected users to a separate FAQ to download the User Installer, which was hard to follow. Now the v19+ panel links directly to the GitHub releases page and names the DynamicWebTWAINServiceUserSetup.msi asset, and calls out the known multi-user-profile limitation (present in v19.0-19.3, fixed in v19.4+) as a known issue rather than a separate caveat. …taller note Trim the wordy intro down to the essentials, and remove the "Personal Installer" callout from the GitHub panel, which referenced an installer that isn't documented elsewhere. Fold the User-Installer-specific backwards-compatibility note into a general one that applies to all installers, and correct the known multi-user-profile issue's scope from "v19.0-19.3" to "versions prior to v19.4" (it also affects v18 and earlier, not just the v19.x line). would it not be better to use the upper link table for this? The rectangle currently highlights the tarball as well.
and on my system, the user installer was below the fold.

The image assets/imgs/download_personal_installer_github.png is getting removed in this pr, but we can update assets/imgs/download_admin_installer_github.png to the upper link table.
