Submitted as eScienceLab/RO-Crate-Profile-Portal#61 using the versioned w3id URI; the portal's upload_profiles.py --dry-run passes locally. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

From my earlier comment:
the
example1/andindex.htmlentities use local identifiers as their@id- which can't be retrieved when you fetch the JSON-LD directly over the web. You could update those to use web URIs (making the crate detached)
I realised that the WRROC profiles do the same thing, overall this is not considered a problem for profile crates at the moment. So I'm happy to merge this now.
Adds both published versions of the Quilt RO-Crate profile:
It is a profile for crates that are ingested into Quilt packages. It requires only what a packaging system needs to build the package a crate describes, and recommends how to express the responsible people and organizations, the acquiring instrument, and the lab notebook entry. It recommends Process Run Crate 0.6 as a companion profile.
Each versioned w3id URI content-negotiates: it serves the Profile Crate for
application/ld+jsonand the specification fortext/html.upload_profiles.py --dry-runpasses locally with the updated list.Source: https://github.com/quiltdata/quilt-ro-crate-profile
