This PR represents the culmination of a month and a half of work and discussions by the SOP Workgroup.
We have reviewed the content currently on the game with the purpose of updating it, theming it with Funky's new direction (class conflict theme), and codifying it under a cohesive, unified document named Nanotrasen Colonial Law and Procedure.
Apart from the theme changes, we also had to take into account Unions and Scrip as things that will be in Forky by the time it releases.
This PR presents our current progress on the NTCLP and is marked as a Draft.
We have discussed many things as a group, and other side docs are being worked on and will be published soon.
