sentryTanstackStart()now adds the orchestrion bundler plugin automatically. Gated on the sharedbuildTimeInstrumentationopt-out.The plugin is added after the dev-mode early return, so it only runs in
production builds: it force-bundles the instrumented (CommonJS) deps via
ssr.noExternal, which thevite devSSR module runner can't evaluate (tracked in #22857).Also migrates the
tanstackstart-react-orchestrione2e app off the manualsentryOrchestrionPlugin()wiring. We can merge this test with the "regular" test app in a follow up.closes #22688
