The failing Lint GitHub Actions [actionlint] check is a known gap: actionlint 1.7.12 doesn't recognize the ubuntu-26.04-arm label yet, and upstream support is still open (rhysd/actionlint#683, duplicate #723).

I've opened a workaround PR (#3375) that teaches actionlint about the label via .github/actionlint.yaml (self-hosted-runner.labels). Once that merges to main, this PR should be rebased (Renovate rebases automatically when the base branch moves) and the lint check will pass.

⚠️ Note: this is a temporary workaround — ubuntu-26.04-arm is a GitHub-hosted runner, not self-hosted. The config entry should be removed when the pinned actionlint version in .github/workflows/lint.yml adds built-in support for the label.

runner label yet (upstream: rhysd/actionlint#683). Declare it in
actionlint's config so the Lint GitHub Actions check passes for the
renovate runner bump (#3338). Remove once actionlint
ships built-in support for the label.
