Why

Renovate's ubuntu runner bump (#3338) moves the visual-regression job from ubuntu-24.04-arm to ubuntu-26.04-arm, but the pinned actionlint 1.7.12 reports label "ubuntu-26.04-arm" is unknown and the Lint GitHub Actions [actionlint] check fails.

There is no actionlint release that knows the label yet — upstream support is still open (rhysd/actionlint#683, duplicate #723) — so a version bump cannot fix it today.

Change

Add .github/actionlint.yaml declaring the label under self-hosted-runner.labels, which is actionlint's documented mechanism for accepting runner labels it does not know about.

⚠️ Workaround — ubuntu-26.04-arm is a GitHub-hosted runner, not self-hosted. Remove this config entry once the pinned actionlint version in .github/workflows/lint.yml ships built-in support for the label, and bump the actionlint pin at that point.

Verification

actionlint 1.7.12 does not recognize the ubuntu-26.04-arm GitHub-hosted
runner label yet (upstream: rhysd/actionlint#683). Declare it in
actionlint's config so the Lint GitHub Actions check passes for the
renovate runner bump (#3338). Remove once actionlint
ships built-in support for the label.
