## CI maintainer identity

The Debian package gate requires a real maintainer contact. CI reads the
repository variables `DEBEMAIL` (required) and `DEBFULLNAME` (defaults to
`grloper`), set under Settings > Secrets and variables > Actions > Variables.
For local runs, export `DEBEMAIL` and `DEBFULLNAME` before `scripts/verify.sh`.
