Serve gold and played time from cached addon file

Summary

• `ProfileUserView.list` gains a `page=addon` mode that joins the cached, already-parsed Lua addon file against each `ProfileAlt` by `AltName-Realm`, returning gold and played time per alt instead of discarding the parsed data.
