docs: point CAPTCHA integrations to built-in Turnstile support

• The Cloudflare Turnstile, hCaptcha, reCAPTCHA, and Arkose Labs READMEs and registry entries now link to the built-in CAPTCHA protection in Ory Kratos Identities. The Turnstile webhook is marked as superseded by the native support. registry.yaml is regenerated.
• The Okta console-steps page linked to /docs/integrations/okta, which returns 404. It now links to /docs/integrates-with/enterprise-sso/okta.
