Add the Ring Tower component

A three.js tower of tilted bands wrapped in images, after the vuemail.dev hero.

• Each band leans a quarter turn from the last, so the stack zig-zags.
• Images crawl around the bands; the inside faces are darkened.
• Drag a band to spin the tower, with inertia.
• The pointer turns neighboring bands opposite ways (parallax, default 24 degrees; 0 keeps them in step).
• Props: images, rings, speed, draggable, parallax, backface. With no images the bands show a green grid.
• React and Svelte items both declare three.

Also adds the docs page and demo, the README row, the agent skill entries, and an update to the improve skill.

Checked: pnpm test, pnpm typecheck, and lint pass. Rendering, hover cursor, and drag verified in the browser.
