feat(ui): widen RunRowShell title to ReactNode - #92

The string-typed title forced consumers with a treated title (an active-state shimmer sweep, a live counter) to fork the canonical run-row grammar. ReactNode renders strings unchanged; the row's own title slot styling still applies.

One-line additive widening + changeset. Unblocks agent-app composing its reasoning row on RunRowShell (its 'Thinking…' shimmer title is a node). Gates: typecheck, 240 tests, build green locally.
