Removes every em-dash from docs, guides and code text, and replaces the last pip example with uv.
Verified locally after merging develop: plugin test 274/0, desktopTest 607/0, artifact 35/0, app 79/0, compose 118/0, androidNative compile OK, TypedPython pytest 946 passed.
