Closes #61

(a) extension pythonMultiplatform (EmbeddedPythonVersion: pythonVersion, freeThreaded, majorMinor); (b) module-metadata attributes org.thisisthepy.python.version / .free-threaded and META-INF/python-multiplatform/python.properties in the desktop jar and the Android AAR (via AGP java resources).

Coordinator verification: plugin tests 191/0, desktopTest 551/0; publishToMavenLocal (desktop + androidRelease): jar and AAR contain the resource, both .module files carry the attribute.

(a) the :python-multiplatform project exposes the extension pythonMultiplatform
(EmbeddedPythonVersion: pythonVersion, freeThreaded, majorMinor); (b) published
artifacts carry it as module-metadata attributes org.thisisthepy.python.version
and .free-threaded, and as META-INF/python-multiplatform/python.properties in the
desktop jar and the Android AAR (through AGP's java resources, since KMP
androidMain resources do not reach the AAR). toolchain checks compileSdk against
it instead of fetching a second interpreter.
Gradle adds a configuration before running create()'s block, so the filter sees
the defaults; the test now checks configurations not named *Elements instead of
a resolvable *Elements one, which KMP and AGP never create.
