… fails python-multiplatform's develop changes under this package without a pull request here; #41 was found only when the next PR ran. tests.yml now also runs on a daily schedule. A third job, which runs only after a failed scheduled run, opens one tracking issue or comments on it if one is open, so nobody has to watch the Actions tab. feature added: daily schedule and failure reporting in tests.yml. documentation corrected: AGENTS.md section 14. Not exercised: the reporting job runs only on a scheduled failure, so this pull request's run shows it skipped; its first real run is the first failing night. The YAML parses and the job's commands are plain gh CLI. Refs #43

Adds a daily
scheduletotests.ymland areport-scheduled-failurejob. That job runs only after a failed scheduled run, and opens a tracking issue or comments on the open one, so a binder change that breaks this package is seen the same day (cf. #41). Documentation corrected: AGENTS.md §14.Not exercised: the reporting job is skipped on this PR by design. Its first real run will be the first failing night.
